Our Services

The day-to-day staffing of hospitality professionals is the single most challenging of all. Whether a large kitchen or a small kitchen, food service cannot be virtual. Let DMR give you the additional options you require. Get in touch with our VP of Operations, Steve Timko, 314-820-1702, and he will make sure you're supplied with the best culinary staff available in St. Louis.

Cook

General preparation work, basic grill cook functions, ability to prep and operate sauté station, line service at,  and display cooking. Can assist with entrée preparation and on banquet service. Ability to carve. 

Food Service Worker

General preparation work, deli, salad bar, pantry, retail food service. 

Bartenders

  • Can understand and follow basic set ups 

  • Has knowledge of basic safety procedures 

  • Able to work within a budgeted time frame 

  • Has ability to interact effectively with clientele 

  • Will require intermittent supervision by management or department head 

  • Knowledge and capable of banquet bars and most non-extensive rails 

Chef

Entrée and fine dining, executive luncheons and dinners, catered events, key personnel replacement. 

Waitstaff / FOH

  • Can understand and follow basic set ups 

  • Has knowledge of basic safety procedures 

  • Able to work within a budgeted time frame 

  • Has ability to interact effectively with clientele 

  • Suitable for banquet and plated meals 

  • Able to follow directions but will need directions 

  • Will require intermittent supervision by management or department head 

Dishwasher

General dishwashing and sanitation.

Holidays are important to DMR and our workers.  However, we understand that our clients are open many holidays.

Billing & Payments

DMR provides special event or long-term cooks, wait staff and bartenders to our clients on an event-by-event basis. To ensure quality and efficient service we do require the following: 

 

  • A Four Hour Minimum Per Shift 

  • Payment Terms are net 14 from invoice date

All payments are to be made to DMR Events, Inc. The recommended payment method is ElectronicFunds Transfer.  ACH information is available on request.  Checks are to be mailed to:
